The hotel has 14 flexible event spaces for between 20 and 180 guests. The meeting rooms are all named after famous aviators like Lindbergh, Bleriot and Earhart. Event spaces range from small boardroom meetings to quiet lounge areas, dining in the brasserie and drinks in One Eleven or the Sky bar. There are also outside spaces on the terrace & lawns and on the patio outside the Swan restaurant.

The Sky Lounge and fourth floor atrium are the premium spaces for events and celebrations, with over 200 square metres of space. The stacking conference chairs can be used in theatre or cabaret configurations, or they can be relocated to storage when the rooms need to be laid out for an alternative use. The Aviator hotel have been using these hard wearing conference chairs for decades in their busy event rooms and they have stood the test of time.

Stackable conference chairs can be stacked up to ten chairs high, which saves on storage space. They are finished in practical fire retardant fabrics or wipe clean faux leather. They can also be ordered with wooded backs and seats (without upholstery). Stackable conference chairs with arms or tablets can be supplied.
